Solve some problems with Windows Disk Manager.

1.Unable to open Disk Manager

  Let's start by entering the following command to open the registry editor.(win+R)

regedit

  Open the path listed in the code bar below.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\DmEnrollmentSvc\Parameters\ServiceDll

  Modify the data for "serviceDll" as follows.

%systemroot%\system32\Windows.Internal.Management.dIl

  Then restart the computer.

  Of course, we can also use Group Policy to achieve the same purpose.

  Open the following path.

User configuration, management templates, Windows components, Microsoft management console, restricted/licensed snap-ins, disk management

  Double-click the "Disk Management" item and select "Unconfigured"(Not configured).

2,Unable to use virtual disk management

 Open the Windows service, and then change the startup type of "Virtual Disk" to "Manual".

=====================================================

3,The Logical Disk Management Service is disabled

  Open the Windows services and find "Logical Disk Manager" and "Logical Disk Manager Administrative Service".If the startup type for these two items is disabled, change them to Auto or Manual.
