bigjohn
Hy everyoneMy Eset 3.0.650.0 is not reseting to "remaining Trial Period: 31 or 30 days". Do I need to re install.ThanksJohn
Administrator DKT27 Posted February 14, 2010 Administrator Share Posted February 14, 2010 If you are using box, mara- fix, I don't think it will take the trial days to 30 days, but it will fix it at the current day. Have you checked if it's fixed or not?Download the latest box, mara- fix v1.3 from the FP. Unfix, and then re-fix it.And its recommend that you switch to the latest ESET v4 stable. ;)

Administrator DKT27 Posted February 14, 2010 Administrator Share Posted February 14, 2010 Unfix it, and then upgrade to newer version. After installing, fix it again. ;)And don't forget to post the outcome, was it fixed properly, is it running properly, etc. Many guys forget to leave a post saying that all iz well. :frusty:

LeetPirate
Disable startup file scan, click Tools -> Scheduler, then uncheck the box for "Automatic startup file check". I believe that should solve your problem.

Administrator DKT27 Posted February 14, 2010 Administrator Share Posted February 14, 2010 Disabling startup file scan can help your PC run faster at start but it's not really recommended if I'm right.
bigjohn
Yes. Eset 4.0.474.0 installed and auto updating frequently. I'll keep the startup scan as it's not slowing down PC and it doesn't take long to do it.Thanks all for your help.John
