myidisbb Posted June 17, 2006 Share Posted June 17, 2006 2 months ago i gotten 4 100 package spindals of fujifilm dvd -r 16x and 1 of +r. frist spindal burn all at 16x. second one about 5 where 12x. the other 2 -r's and +r looks to really be 4x. mutli testing of them. went and was allow to exchange one of the -rs and the +r. well looks like the -r that got exchange are still 4x. has anyone else ever came by dvds that lied about their burning speed? bestbuy claims im the only one that notice it. yeah sure. must be alot of people that burn and walk off instead of watching :frusty:they had been on sale but now back to their usually high cost. went to office depot yesterday and got imation dvd -r 16x and they look to be that in testing. i can understand firmware and older dvd burners not seeing the newer speeds but this was a joke when they where suppose to be 16x and some did burn at that. im guessing im giong to email fujifilm and see if them care about their customers :stereo: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

myidisbb Posted June 17, 2006 Author Share Posted June 17, 2006 if they refuse a cash refund threaten to file a complaint with the better buissness bureau against both bestbuy and fuji. they won't want to be the cause of bad rep for a company they make money off of and WILL cave ;)...then just take your buissness else where (bestbuy = gay)...gotten them 2 months ago and had no receipt. i wanted exchange anyway. i gotten the two exchange but looks like the -r is still 4x and not 16x. guy kept asking if i ned to update the firmware and other crap. i try to expend that i had a 16x from one of the other package spindals and it still shows 16x when in the burner. im still going to email fujifilms about their shitty dvds. im guessing a lot of people still only using burners that do 4x for -r or 8x.
