There was an English installer, check the links on the first post.
But, do note that installer is en-GB instead of en-US, but it's not a big issue at all.

I forgot one more thing tho. Share some good tip for all.

Once the license key added to the program, you can create a new admin account (also works as My Kaspersky account) in order to access Kaspersky Small Office Security Management Console portal and sync the license to the account.
Can read this to setup: https://support.kaspersky.com/14889

Once done, the account info can be used to activate same/other programs that I listed earlier on same computer/other computers, without the need to entering license key (as long as not exceeding number of devices/computers for one application).

I have installed Kaspersky Internet Security for Android for my other device, it activates successfully once I logged in to the admin account (a.k.a. My Kaspersky account) and selected the premium license subscription.

I found way to dl any region file from any region.

1. go to free proxy (I used  https://www.proxysite.com/)

2. set region for dl file and in URL kaspersky

...

If dont dl exe file (ask for GPDR and dont open win with field name,...email)) copy url from page and paste to browser without any addons

@Adenman,  I just found out that the following key is now blocked and blacklisted as of time of this writing. Two of my computers suddenly getting the notification stating that the key is blocked.
