Iphone won't turn on past the Apple logo

My Iphone won't turn on past the Apple logo. is there free software available to fix this issue?, or any third party tool, please. Thanks.

you haven't stated what model, but due to iOS data protection any fix is likely to reset the phone.

It is IPhone 6. Can you provide a link for a recommended fix, please. Thanks.

I asked a vendor and told me that I need a factory reset and was going to loose everything if do not have a backup.

The vendor is correct. If you can't unlock the phone, the data is inaccessible as it is encrypted

if this doesn't work and itunes won't budge either, FixGo will install the latest iOS and doing so will prompt iOS software to overwrite all other data
