Hey Olexji, thank you. I somehow seem to have neglected your previous post. BTW, does this work on Windows Se7en (Microsoft has made changes now in the implementation of the hosts file.)

Yes, i am running Win7 Ultimate now. Please rightclick on file and choose "run as administrator". But you can use my provided installer instead...

Hey man, that's cool. I confirm it's working 100% and no crapware either (it's clean.) I owe you one (slogged my butt for half of Republic Day.)

Thanks again

But the only thing that troubles me is, you wont be able to open the site when you wanna get the new version, if I'm not wrong.

You I'll have to ask for a mirror.

Yeah, one would be dependent on upload sites. However, been observing people like say for example jalaffa posting updates way before they show up on the official homepage (that are proposed to be black-listed through the hosts file, here.)

Guess we :pirate: prefer the upload sites over the official homepage due to the fixes.

You may not be able to download that specific link. This happens many times when the host doesn't allow download manager or some other things.

Try another file and see it will download as normal. ;)

Well it works for me

Try clearing up your cache, even thought I think that has nothing to do with IDM...also try refreshing your HOSTS files...if that doesn't work, do a fresh install of IDM...use YourUninstaller to remove the app, and just to make sure it gets removed, also remove this line from the registry

Open up notedpad and paste this into it

REGEDIT4

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Internet Download Manager]

Save it as a .reg and then use it.

If that fails, make sure IDM isn't blocked by the firewall...also run a reg cleaner, like jv16 or regvac....

Make sure your ports aren't closed...finally if all fails, contact Tonec about your problem via the contact us link

Don't worry. This happens at times. Did you restart the connection and the PC? Do it and see...

Hello Olexijl

Long time, no see man... Glad to see you active around. So you contacted Crys18 I guess.

@ravisoorya...

There are reports that Alpha patcher MAY cause problems for SOME users.

Crys18 releases are very fine. I have used them before, should put you back on the download track.

If you still have problems, I suggest you go for MERC REA. I just tested the build 8 and it seems to work fine.

The only inconvenience is that for every new build, you have to replace the IDMAN exe with the Cracked exe from REA.

Here's a link for you

Hoster: depositfiles.com

sharecode: /en/files/izzqav475

This is not my upload. So credits go to Burtonfly from softexia.

Peace.

P.s. I think the Merc Rea uses the standard installer ; not the retail.
