I would appreciate if you inform me of such service if you know one. I'm planning to setup a MTProto Proxy for myself and friends in Iran as many sites and social networks are blocked. Thanx. The free ones were all having limited bandwidth except x10Hosting, but then you have to pay for root access. Nevertheless thank you for the reply.
