I tried vlc without luck. https://video.online-convert.com/convert-to-mp4 -> this site works fine but I wonder if there's some offline alternative thx! What app on Android did you record it with, that same app should have an playback option. If you are trying to play on Windoze, maybe try VLC / Daum pot player, I suspect codecs maybe required.
