<img src="/images/logos/MBAM.png" class="logo" alt="Malwarebytes" title="Malwarebytes" />Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware is considered to be the next step in the detection and removal of malware. In our product we have compiled a number of new technologies that are designed to quickly detect, destroy, and prevent malware. Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware can detect and remove malware that even the most well known anti-virus and anti-malware applications fail to detect. Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware monitors every process and stops malicious processes before they even start. The Realtime Protection Module uses our advanced heuristic scanning technology which monitors your system to keep it safe and secure. In addition, we have implemented a threats center which will allow you to keep up to date with the latest malware threats.

Thanks to bumbles for the update.

Added to listing, thought it'd be a good idea ;)

I was wondering about who had posted 2 more or less identical changelogs. It was you then :lol: (/errorsilent (see help file). was added for 1.44 on the last line)

Sl@pSh0ck™

Can anybody confirm the average memory usage of mbam on windows 7.

In my rig running on windows 7 x86, mbam's memory consumption on idle/real-time scanning:

mbamservice = 53,316 K

mbamgui = 2,236 K

Is this some kind of memory leak (again?) or is this normal? :fear:

That much memory usage perfectly normal for MBAM. ;)

But that's when it's running in real time mode. Otherwise, if it's not running in real time, then mbamservice should be about 3,000. ;)

Don't you start acting like my mother now, I might be ill but it takes more than a few silly germs to take my sarcastic humor down :P

For real: thanks, I'm starting to get better though :) Got a party this evening, not sure if I'll be attending it though... We'll see, where the night takes me :P
