Nemesis
well, In my last post I stated that I had a virus. That virus screwed up my computer, nothing will autorun anymore, my dvd-rom drive is being read as a regular CD drive and of course, my rescue disc is in DVD format. When I try to open it, there is just one file and it is a .PQIDoes anyone know how I can open this file? BTW, when I put in a DVD I get all the files, but when I select and open them all with a DVD player, it runs normally.EDIT: I seriously hope that I dont have to take it in and pay $150+ just to get the DVD-rom working normally

Administrator Lite Posted May 20, 2006 Administrator Share Posted May 20, 2006 When you press the power button, there will be a screen saying something like "Press f2 (or sometimes del) to enter setup". Keep an eye out for this and press the right button.
