Thks Here you have those "unfamous" PAX Drivers for Sound Blaster Z (also Audigy, X-Fi and USB) https://forum.hardwareheaven.com/forums/pax-download-z-zx-zxr.193/ I tested it in the past and sincerely, there is any improvement. It's only "snake oil", so I really recommend you to install the official drivers. My settings are 24-bit / 192KHz & Stereo Direct Mode (instead of 2.0 / 2.1) and the sound is practically Bit-Perfect https://support.creative.com/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?prodID=21384&prodName=Sound+Blaster+Zx

Should I use analog connection instead(orangs, green, black wires). Where are you getting the 24 bit/192Khz settings by the way? Thks
