haris_sane69
Greetings everyone, I'm looking for software(freeware) to create multi-boot USB flash drive for Windows 7/8.1/10. Thanks in advance. Regards.
Dodel
Yumi is your best option here: https://www.pendrivelinux.com/yumi-multiboot-usb-creator/ There are other apps, WinsetupfromUSB, Rufus, et cetera, however YUMI is very straight forwards.
wisebiscuit
Not Yumi definetly try Ventoy...
neofita
I would recommend you to try Ventoy https://www.ventoy.net/en/index.html otherwise Easy2Boot http://m.easy2boot.com/ regards
mp68terr
Don't know ventoy, but using easy2boot here (no problems so far except with recent tails). Just add your image files, select the one you want to boot from, and easy2boot will boot for you.

rahuldohare
You can try 'WinSetupFromUSB' for multiboot usb
zteph2000
I would definitely recommend "VENTOY", accepts all ISOS Windows, Linux, Acronis etc. with no problem ! Just copy them to "Ventoy" partition.
ace_N_kelly
+1 for Ventoy too :)
uffbros
So is this Ventop like you copy .iso to it then boot to it and install Windows or are you running the .iso as a portable OS?
zteph2000
@uffbros Yes you copy Isos to usb and then see it in bootmenu and install from there !
mp68terr
Did not find the info on ventoy site, so I'm asking here to ventoy users: Easy2boot usually requires files to be contiguous, it can be a pain sometimes to make big files contiguous. Is there such requirement for ventoy?
zteph2000
The ventoy partition is extfat by default, but also can be formatted in eg ntfs ! The FULL ISO in one piece can be copied there, no modification necessary ! Hope this helps.....

mp68terr
4 minutes ago, ace_N_kelly said: You'll get more info Yeap, I looked there already. If the iso files are copied one after the other they will likely be contiguous (in one single piece), but if an iso file is copied in the usb key that has several empty spaces, the iso files will be written in several pieces (not contiguous anymore). Easy2boot requires some files to be contiguous in order to boot from them, was wondering if ventoy has the same requirement 😉 It maybe depends on which filesystem the usb key is formatted to?!?! haris_sane69
Thanks everyone for your suggestions. On the basis of higher votes I selected Vestoy & it works without any hassle for me. Tested on UEFI environment (Windows 7 & 10). Just don't forget to disable secure boot in bios setup otherwise it won't boot up from usb flash drive although it was showing in boot options. System: Dell Vostro 15 3568 (6th generation Intel Hardware) Regards.
