Of course. I have it installed already in February-March last year, exactly do not remember anymore.
There's nothing do no more with Internet Explorer, and so is Edge Legacy. These are only the relicts of history.

Unfortunately, they still need to be on your computer, as some other Windows systems still use them.
You can only hide them, if you want, but be careful - don't remove them completely yet. If You remove them completely, it will cause some system problems, they are both still Windows components.

Ok , just installed the Edge-installer .

The IE11-installer does not work ( "already installed by MS" )

Works fine with Chroom and/or new Edge....??

For Chrome, it comes built in with it's own version of Flash. So no big problem there.

For other Chromium-based browsers such as Opera, Brave, Chromium Edge, can install the PPAPI plugin.

For Firefox users, have to install the NPAPI plugin.

The ActiveX plugin installer for Flash, is for IE11 installed under Windows 7. For Windows 8.1 and 10, Flash updates for IE11 and Legacy Edge (exclusive to Windows 10) are 100% handled by Microsoft via Windows Update.

So hope no confusion after this.

You can only update it because it is built in Windows 8.1 and 10. The latest available Flash Player Security Update is KB4561600. You can get the Flash Player Security Update for your operating system by downloading it here, or you can have this update by updating your operating system.
