Unbekannt
Lord why we can´t use the supreme MAC OS X "Tiger" on PCs?? Looks like this new windows vista is a resource eater and of course, too beta (delayed to 2007 huh...:P) And here I am, still dreaming with a Power MAC G5 Quad powered by the "Tiger X OS". SacredCultivator
Of course I think Stang meant to exagerate a little, becuase the standards today are 1GB of RAM already rather than before at 512MB.

Zeus_Hunt
According to News.com, there will be two marketing programs. „Vista-capable” will contain the minimum requirements for the OS, scheduled for consumer availability in January 2007. These include 800 Mhz for the CPU, 512 MB of RAM and a graphics card able to run DirectX 9.„Premium Ready” targets the high-end features found in Vista, especially the Aero GUI. Among these, one can find 1GHz for the CPU, 1GB of RAM and graphics card with 128MB and support for the new graphics-driver model.Latest HP Systems(most) are now coming out with Vista Compatible logos...
