First of all thank you, @Advertiser and @Soda120 for your great work, again!

As I have previously reported patch x32 currently is not complete since it cannot allow the conversion of PDF to the Office formats,

Maybe Soda 120 will be able to complete it

Whether there have been any changes depends on the program and not on the patch...

Since the conversion to office documents doesn't work very well in any of the available PDF tools, this is really no important function to me. The password removal option for editing protected files is much more usefull and makes your version so much appreciated to me (besides, that the PDF-XChange Editor is generally on of the best PDF-editors around imo). I know this function can be obtained by other tools,  but this way, its all in one little smart editor. :)

But, of course, I appreciate your need for perfrection! And of course, you did it again... :)

If you use the printer that comes with the Editor, you need a patched pdfSaverL.exe file. I'm not sure if anyone has provided it for this build.

Yes, right !

They were present in previous version , so we could print without the ugly watermarks !

I could not find them, yet ..........

I'm sure @Soda120 or @Advertiser will provide it in due course. In the meantime, if you need the excellent Tracker Software printer solution you can try one of these options:

1) install PDF-XChange PRO (which contains all the Tracker tools) patched by Master Soda120 from here:

It's bigger than the Editor, but absolutely worth installing.

2) Install the standalone Printer from here https://www.tracker-software.com/product/pdf-xchange-standard and use Soda120's patch provided at the link above.

So are there any working repacks of 337.0-x64? I'd make my own but I can't even install using the official installer inside Sandboxie because it's a .msi and Sandboxies don't like those.

I make my portable using the .exe and Shadow Defender(instead of Sandboxie) if that's any help in doing a repack. Don't know if that will work for all uses but for what I use PDF XChange Editor it's fine.

Yes, but that requires installing Shadow Defender... I'd rather not if I can find someone's repack.

...but there is still an .exe available as opposed to the .msi. Would that work in Sandboxie?

".exe" are fine, it's ".msi" that cause problems, but sometimes ".exe" are just extractors for what's inside and inside are sometimes ".msi"... Basically all the official "Tracker" installers are msi and cannot be run within Sandboxie.

I just installed Pdf-XChangeEditor 8.0.337 x64.msi under Sandboxie 5.20 without problems...
Alternatively, you can convert the * .msi file to * .7z (eg with ArcConvert 0.70) and then pick up from archive the files needed to build a simple portable.

Both don't work, I also use the latest SB with latest Windows 10, that's why there are issues with msi, that converter converts the msi to a 1KB file also...

Rebuilding the index with this version

I had to go back to the previous version, because with this version the rebuilding of the index, from a word file or with the copy / paste does not work well. And it is an operation that I do often. In the 32 bit version
