Sl@pSh0ck™
Yes Yes Yes the patch works. But u should only update after running patch.actually you can run the update before or after running the patch .... the important thing is to exit out of SAS before running the patch. Had you paid for the 'product' then you would have the right to whine about it and they would've set up something called 'customer service' where they have people that don't know squad and just try to not make you think the worst of them, which is something they don't really seem to succeed at in most cases. Also you're talking about 'raising a question'... You did nothing of the sort, you didn't ask 'how to get the patch to work' or anything of the like, no, you just erroneously stated 'the patch doesn't work.I'm not trying to start a feud here, but I do want to let you know that at some points your reasonings were flawed and so were the actions caused by these mistakes. I am very very very very thankful to them. After trying many times with exit, patching, uninstall & reinstalls, i said the patch doesn't work.I am also here not to create problems, but to solve it.Thanks for pointing out my FLAWS. shought
Glad you agree that you should be thankful :)Pointing out 'flaws' isn't a bad thing, we both did it, you pointed out a flaw in the instructions and I pointed out a flaw in the way you were pointing it out. (Not suggesting that you think it is a bad thing)Should let you know that you don't just have to agree with me because I'm a mod. Don't know if this is the case, but really if you disagree there's nothing wrong with letting me know, just because I'm a mod doesn't mean I'm always right, I have my flaws as well and I'm willing to face them ;)I'm glad you're here for problem solving!
