All you need is a VPN (depending on your Country) a torrent client to download the files, and a media player such as Potplayer to watch it. And that is why i use the words "on the contrary" And i couldn't find a source that you could stream on your PC. However, there is an Android app called "Tea TV" which allow user to stream movies and series on Android devices. In many countries it is illegal to use cz it is against copyright laws.
