Backuptrans Android iPhone WhatsApp Transfer Plus

Hello,
I'm looking for Backuptrans Android iPhone WhatsApp Transfer Plus 3.2.1xx preferably a recent version.
Indeed, all the links of this app on SilentGound are dead.

An equivalent app for transferring WhatsApp messages between 2 Android smartphones will suit.

Regards

1. If you are rooted, then "Titanium Backup" is the app you are looking for.

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.keramidas.TitaniumBackup

2. And if not rooted, then Helium - App Syn and Backup is the option.

Using all of the above to restore app data won't require you verify your whatsapp account. However, bear in mind that same whatsapp account cannot work on two or more phone at the same time.

3. And then you can use Whatsapp Built-in data backup option to Google Cloud. And then restore the data on second phone. This will require you to re-authenticate your account on second phone that will automatically result in disabling your whatsapp account on the first phone. Then you can use restore data option to get all your data back.

Hope that help. Peace.

Thank you for your answer ;)
In fact, I have Titanium Backup installed on my old Galaxy Note 4 (2014). On the other hand, I just bought the new Galaxy S20 Ultra, and frankly, I do not intend to root it.
Can I even restore WhatsApp data from Note 4 to the S20?

As for Heliium, is it as effective as Titanium? do you have a link

Download the Android app here:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.koushikdutta.backup

And you also need to download the Desktop app to transfer / backup app data to PC, and then transfer it to another device.

For Desktop App:

https://github.com/koush/support-wiki/wiki/Helium-Desktop-Installer-and-Android-App

You also need to download adb drivers here

https://github.com/koush/support-wiki/wiki/Android-ADB-Drivers

And for Samsung devices, install Samsung USB Drivers here

https://developer.samsung.com/mobile/android-usb-driver.html

Install all the apps / driver. Then follow the video tutorial to backup your app data.

Since you want to shift from your older device to newer one, i would suggest you use Google Backup / Restore option to transfer messages to your new device. Samsung S20 is brand new. You could try Helium Backup for it. But if it fails then Google is your only option.
