I would have suggested to use the other one by yaschir, but as I've checked, the trial reset (& fake serial remove) logic most likely will fail since it doesn't take care of unique GUID's in registry which gets created on each system differently, however it won't remove the download list. It's clean of course. but after applying the patch, every time IDMan.exe starts, i get this malware warning by AV. Please help me roll back the changes that your patch did.. And the dll just patch idm in memory(ram) there no system modification done. So to remove the patch all you gotta do is delete idman.exe.local folder from idm installation directory.
