dabourzannan
Hi, @afgzee Look here the version in the title "9.0.27.64" released Jan. 2020
afgzee
Ok, so the answer i got from webroot is very odd and will confuse a lot of people but v9.0.27.64 is actually newer than 9.0.27.201. This is what they said: 9.0.27.201 is 9.0.26.61 repackaged. It's an easy way for customers stuck on 9.0.27.49 to "roll back" the version. Seeing as Webroot will only update if it's a newer version number. So please keep 9.0.26.61 installed, no need to update to 9.0.27.201 as it's exactly the same. 9.0.27.49 also cased issues with printer/scanners and some gaming software, we only received a handful of reports relating to "slow downs". Sorry I know that must be confusing, I hope this helps to clarify.
