There are no rules, you may be removed at any time, your files may be deleted at any time, the free service may become chargeable at any time, etc., but read it for yourself. This is not a "Giveawys", this is a basic and typical fraud to get new users and if there is already enough many then to turn the service to paid service. No free lunch doesn't exist.
