Then remove Eaz-fix or Rollback rx download USB&ISO boot tools from EAZ-Fix http://download.eazsolution.com/tools/RecoveryTools_USB_v11.zip when you boot from RecoveryTools_USB_20190227.iso correctly.. 01.
