Hmmm, my Windows 7 PC has a "High Definition Audio Device" showing under Device Manager. It's a Microsoft driver. The Sony driver site for my notebook PC doesn't have any audio drivers listed for Windows 7, but it does have "Original - Realtek® High Definition Audio Driver 6.0.1.5648" listed for Windows Vista.

Should I use the original Realtek driver I had back on Vista, the Microsoft driver I have now, or the Realtek driver posted here?

I'm pretty sure you should install the latest(as in the ones we provide ;)).
