The site is https://wapa.tv I called ExpressVPN and they told me they need to investigate to see if that is possible. steven36 Posted January 7, 2020 Share Posted January 7, 2020 It's possible with a little work around i can copy the m3u8 links from a sniffer addon into vlc and my vpn works for those videos so there only blocking them at a website level .
