usb remover not working

It would be helpful to those assisting, if you could please state what solutions you have already tried. Like, did you try simply restarting Windows Explorer? Rebooting? Did you do a Google search and try any of the suggested methods for fixing it? That way people aren't going to list off a bunch of things you've already tried. And if you haven't really tried, it's a good idea to do so before asking for assistance. :)

Unfortunately, it did not work :-(

Can You turn it off from explorer directly?
If can, is most likely problem with registry. If also there cannot turn off is most likely problem with damaged Windows files or something else what may be something more serious.
First of all restart computer, if nothing changes, run CCleaner, registry claner and then sfc.exe /scannow as administrator.
If done, You'll get report and if there is somethin, what cannot repair, then is needed to do a new installation of Windows. Recommended clean install. 
If you do not make a clean installation, and you keep the current applications and settings, you are likely to continue with the error after Windows installation.

I will try if it does not succeed I will reinstall the system again. Thank you all
