DVDFab 11.0.6.6

DVDFab is all-in-one DVD copying/converting/burning software. In just one or two steps, you can copy any DVD to DVDR/PSP/iPod/etc. DVDFab is brand new, is completely rewritten, is based on more than 6 years of DVD copy software development. It allows you to remove all DVD copy protections, like CSS, CPPM, RC, RCE, APS, UOPs, ARccOS, RipGuard, FluxDVD, CORE X2, etc. It is constantly updated to support latest DVD copy protections and has a very fast copying speed, normally it's about 10 - 20 minutes.

Thanks to Astron for the update.

It is working fine for me so far with the "FrankenFab" method (rename dvdfab64.exe and copy dvdfab64.exe and the loader from 111.0.6.5 over).  The new AI enlarging feature for converting videos to mp4/mkv hevc is also present but I haven't been able to actually test it since that feature is currently Nvidia only and I have an AMD GPU.

You did this the last ChVL version 11065 install files?

Has anyone gotten H265 10bit conversion or rip with nvenc to work? It seems to always play back as if the speed was slowed down.

Thank you

  1. Load DVDFab
  2. Get everything ready for AI Enlarging
  3. Temporarily unblock DVDFab in your firewall
  4. Start the AI Enlarging, and it will download
  5. After it downloads, you can re-enable the firewall block

You only need to do this the first time.

As for my results with the AI Enlarging, I can hardly tell the difference between it and the original.

Did you mean playback? After conversion?

Yes, playback after conversion.

Like, when changing frames or when filming, he moves the camera to the right or left, as if he is a little shaken.

maybe the conversion speed with dvdfab is too high, you can not set a lower speed. try Handbrake h265 nvenc, but it doesn't have 10 bits
there you can set speed, slow, medium etc

When you set the enlarger, you will see a large window that looks like a bluray, but it is bigger than the screen and you can't get it right?

It's an intensive process, and the time will vary depending on your GPU and the original video duration.

I should also point out that 11.0.6.7 beta is recommended when using the Enlarger AI. Still, I don't see much of a difference, and it's not yet worth using in my opinion.

Also, the above trick in one of my previous posts to temporarily unblock DVDFab from the internet and download the latest version of the Enlarger AI is recommended, since updating is very important right now. I would attempt to update the Enlarger AI every few days/weeks as improvements are being made.

i made a dvd to bd5
it took about 6 hours
i am dissatisfied, that made the image from 4/3 to 16/9 and does not look normal, the image is a little blurred
Plus, dvdfab don't have  setting for conversion speed
It does only at maximum speed and does not turn out so well
Instead, Handbrake, with slow, takes the image well, but not at x265 with 10 bits. just x265 simple

no,mine is a  nvidia cuda issue

ERROR: session run failed with errno :2(Failed to get convolution algorithm. This is probably because cuDNN failed to initialize

I'm using cuda 10.2 which is newer than the ones that dvdfab are using I think

I'm also using 11.0.6.7 beta as well
