Not able to view iPhone 11 photos on Windows 7

I can find iPhone 11 drive name in File Explorer and the DCIM folder is accessible. However, the pics are in .heic extention, there is no way to open the images with photo app.

You was going to open the.heic photos on Windows 7? This can only be done by converiting them to JPG photos.
