My AV kill .dll file :s

Which AV did you use? So far @Actver's .dll doesn't have any problems for me under ESET.

If desperate enough, you might need to whitelist the .dll file or change your antivirus.

Btw, this is VirusTotal report taken and analyzed at this time of writing.

I use Webroot and added .dll at whitelist, thanks!

As expected, you use Webroot and it detects. Truely false positive detection, but you countered it by whitelisting the file instead.

Eset detects the noupdate file as ML/Augur trojan while the the regular file is undetected.

White listed and still deletes it.

Can you elaborate what is "noupdate" file and "regular" file? I'm confused here.

And what patch did you use?

As far as I know, I have no problems on ESET so far, with IDM patched with @Ali.Dbg's exe patch and @Actver's dll patch.

White list it by detection name also:

No wonder. Then proceed to whitelist the dll by detection name. Clearly false positive.
