O&O Defrag Professional 23 links don't work properly!!!

In the system category,defrag tools it seems that O&O Defrag Professional links for both 32,64 bit and even homepage don't exactly work properly,they both lead to anony...something and then a popup ad shows for...https://www.mycommerce.com/.Are those files hidden somewhere in that website or what,cause it won't automaticly download the files when clicked on or either the links won't lead to the proper website because the links seems broken cause all 3 of those lead to that website that I mentioned earlier.Thanks.
