T3rM1nat0Rr3
RoboForm is a Password Manager and Web Form Filler that completely automates password entering and form filling. It allows you to define your personal profile or "usual" responses to a web form. This information is then saved, and when you need to fill a form, just click "Fill Forms" button, and form is filled out. Works as an add-on to Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Chrome, Firefox or Netscape web browsers. Thanks to Astron for the update. debebee
Note v7 should be re-labelled as Roboform 7.9.32.2 on the FrontPage Guessing this this is an internal revision This is determined by right clicking the properties and looking at version number https://www.roboform.com/news-windows dow not document any improvements from Version 7.9.31 -- Nov 13, 2017 * Firefox: New RoboForm addon compatible with Firefox 57 and WebExtensions; * Firefox: use RoboForm AddOn published in Firefox Addon gallery. * Firefox: no upper toolbar now (Firefox prohibits it), only lower toolbar is available. * Firefox: RoboForm lower toolbar is shown by default in Firefox, as there is no upper toolbar. * Form filling and other bug fixes from RoboForm ver 8. debebee
I got an email from Roboform last Week with the ff contents.. It should be added as a note that Roboform may be used as on-PC password manager from the expiration date and forward.. Will I be able to upgrade after November 1? The ability to upgrade after November 1 will be restricted to local data only on Windows and Mac. You will have to install the latest version of RoboForm and create a new RoboForm Account. In order to create a new RoboForm account with the same email address as that which was used for your old RoboForm v7/multifile account, you will need to first delete the v7/multifile account. See here for instructions on account deletion. NOTE: confirm your account is multifile first before deleting (see above). From there, you would need to import from a local copy of your v7 data. If you are on Windows: Go to 'Options' > 'Account & Data' > 'Advanced' > 'Import V7 data' If you are on Mac: See our v7 import instructions. Quote Dear valued RoboForm user, We are sending you this message to inform you of a system-wide update that may affect your RoboForm account. Effective November 1, 2019, RoboForm will no longer allow syncing from accounts with data from version 7 or prior. These are also known as multifile accounts. After that date, RoboForm will only sync from accounts with version 8 data. These are also known as OneFile accounts. This change primarily affects users who are still running v7 in Everywhere mode. To ensure uninterrupted service, we strongly recommend that you upgrade to v8 on all your active devices before Nov. 1. Upgrading is free for all existing RoboForm Everywhere subscribers. For more information on how to upgrade your account, see below: Upgrade instructions for Windows Upgrade instructions for Mac Upgrade instructions for iOS Upgrade instructions for Android Have additional questions? Check out our FAQ: https://help.roboform.com/hc/en-us/articles/360033616811 Note: Offer expires November 30 and does not apply to RoboForm for Business. debebee
I made the jump to v8. x for my laptop's browsers sake.. I am on Free mode now that my RF to go account is pretty useless.. you need to pay it to sync it with your other devices.. IMHO lastpass free is a good choice now... you can first migrate to Roboform v8 export your passwords as a csv then import that to lastpass.. From lastpass you can export data to its csv format and import that to keepass.. which i use as a failsafe..
