In order to download this now de-funked tool you need to accept there End User License Agreement & Privacy Policy and then from there you need to fill out and submit their Software Export Compliance form.

Sorry I don't have the 32bit version nor the combined installer, maybe others could post them here on this thread?

Also I didn't share-code the download because SBie is now free open source software if you can manage to download it! wtf!
