Is ios online jailbreaking and the third part apps are the same or not?

Online jailbreaking not like actual jailbreaking. It does not void the warranty and only a lite version of Cydia will be download to the device and we can use download apps from it. But on the other hand they do not call them selves online jailbreak but third party apps like Appzule are also do the same. So is there any difference between these two?

jailbreaking gives you superuser(Admin) rights on iPhone which apple strictly condemns.

 

Installing apps is optional thing, this is quite similar to Rooting Android.
