mentallychallenged
Hi,I had downloaded license finder prior to installation of Nod32. It got deleted after first scan. I am wondering if No32 antivirus blocks and cleans the license finder. If so, any tips on how to keep this program on the computer?
Administrator DKT27 Posted November 23, 2009 Administrator Share Posted November 23, 2009 There are two options. Use box, mara- fix. Or, right click tray icon > advance setup > exclusions > add the license finder. It wont be detected afterwards.
HX1
If you do not want a file to be scanned you must put it into the Exclude list...but you have to have it on and in the location it is going to stay in.. You do this for false positive and programs that need it, especially admin programs.. Advanced Settings will hold your future for this.. and i suggest you become familiar with this part so that you can set up your protection as it should be. mentallychallenged
Thank you so much. I knew there had to a exclude list option somewhere, but was not sure where or how to access it. This is a help indeed. Many thanks
