Microsoft OneDrive (formerly SkyDrive) is a personal file hosting service that allows users to upload and sync files to their OneDrive. The OneDrive application creates a OneDrive folder on your computer that automatically syncs. Simply copy files into your local OneDrive folder and they will automatically sync. Files up to 300MB can be uploaded via a web browser or up to 2GB via the OneDrive application.

This issue was released on July 30th and is always automatically updated (of course, only if the automatic update has not been disabled by the computer owner).

Here it always appears about week later, one time even three weeks later.
It is Windows component, Microsoft's program and not possible to install old version, even if very-very to want, so why it should be here at all if it comes always too late, everybody have already forgot it at all. Everyone already have it if it appears here.
