Just updated three machines with latest MS-updates ………..no Flash Player ..! MS used to update it on second tuesday with the cumulative................ Version 32.0.0.223 of Adobe Flash Player is a non-security release - that is why both Adobe and Microsoft did not publish a security bulletin for Flash this July because there were no new security vulnerabilities found (and thus MS did not post them in MUC and WU on July 9). read these recent release notes from Adobe, Pete 12. MS could release 32.0.0.223 of flash for Win8.x/Win10 "out-of-band" or "out-of-cycle" at a later date like they did with KB4462930, which was the previous Flash non-security update from MS

It appears Microsoft will not release the .223 version of Flash Player for Win8.x & Win10 and will skip this version entirely (probably because Adobe did not give MS the .223 activex files)
