Melgas
# Hi @DR_ADHAM I have the Malwarebytes [Lifetime License]. I have three computers. In all of them, today, came the new version 3.8.1.2950 to install. But at the same time, the Lifetime Licenses were deactivated. Malwarebytes is not accepting these passwords. How should I proceed? Thank you. #

sefton22
it may be that you have 1 LIFETIME license and the serial has been activated too many times. you can create a MWB account and deactivate any machines the are no longer used and see if that resolves anything, but you will need the serial to add to the account and check its validity https://my.malwarebytes.com/en/login

Melgas
# Hi @brolly and @sefton22 It was here at the "NSANE FORUMS" that I got the Lifetime Licenses. Yesterday, when I received the update warning, I opened Malwarebytes and found that it was not activated. I did not upgrade. This situation occurred immediately after Windows 10 was upgraded to the 1903 version. But it did not deactivate only Malwarebytes; also Office 2019. But this, I activated well. Thanks for your tips. I'll wait for a solution. Thank you. #

solitario
It is that the boys of the team malwarebytes are very attentive to this type of "things"... they implemented a very aggressive system of licenses... Regards. @Melgas This is from another forum I found over there...

Kalju
I wonder why this old topic should be open and active when the current version has long been Malwarebytes 3.8.3.2965 Build 11868 Moreover, there has been no reasonable content here for a long time.
