Try to create a new profile, and then try to play that movie.

Here I have no problem at all. Where are trying to watch the movie? Smart TV, Web browser, or something else?

Nope. They will send you an email to tell you that you've logged in from a different location, and if it's you will tell you just to ignore the email.

 

If it didn't work out try to change your profile to match those sittings.

Try the Netflix app from the Microsoft Store. Besides the possibility of it fixing your problems, it also offers higher resolutions and surround audio. Don't know why anyone watches Netflix from a browser when image and audio quality are both so degraded.
