manpe
If I had the money, I would have always looked first at either Wii or PS3... I don't hear too much good things about Xbox.

quotrice
the only thing this is gonna do is A. turn those people away from xbox products or B. totally mess up there own revenue by blocking 1 million people that either/or bought games after they tried out the bootlegs or they never bought new games but still shelled out 50 bucks a year for xbox live, microsoft is still losing money thanks to the 360 and this isnt gonna help people will still pirate... in fact im in the works now of getting one of those cheap modded 360s because i use xbox live for one thing and thats halo 3 i can use this other system for my malicious practices :)
myidisbb
it does worst then that. a lot of gaming stores buy used consoles. they make more money selling used consoled and games then a brand new item. this is going to destroy the used market. my opinion. if the game is original from ms then it should matter. though i do not backup my console games i do believe in the right of one to do that. dmca in the usa is and will always be illegal. it was not meant to make making a backup illegal. but like typical libs they lied.
