Kalju
Is this error message generated by Chrome itself or by your antivirus program? Some examples, if possible. Ie some extension that cannot be installed. PS, is there some, what can be installed? Which version of Chrome it is and how it is installed, ie, is it installed like the installer usually installs it or you have made any changes. For example You use some portable or have changed User Data folder location. When was whole user data folder fully deleted and generated new one. Maybe it is damaged? Additionally - do you use MalwareHunter or you have Wise Care 365 System Protection enabled
