Most i've come across require a paid subscription.Stock image search results on google and duckduckgo are watermarked. I don't mind paying a small fee. I tried the first site https://stocksnap.io/ and found a lot of images without watermark. The first results always point to sponsored sites, but scrolling down guides you to free-watermarked photos.
