The Associated Press reports Donald Greene Sr. has been charged with wire fraud and his son, Donald Greene II, has been charged with knowing about the scheme but failing to report it. The latest charges are related to an investigation into Detroit body broker Arthur Rathburn, who was sentenced to nine years in prison in 2018. Federal prosecutors say researchers paid to use cadavers without knowing they had tested positive for infectious diseases, the Associated Press reported.
