Exactly. Foxit Reader is free. But there is a Foxit Reader Pro Pack that costs money: Foxit Reader Website

Well I don't know about outdated code.. but they win all the way around for viewing purposes and plugin purposes. Faster, smaller, unobtrusive.. not full of vulnerabilities.. I started using Phantom after they released it.. works well in my browser and offers quite a few tools.... Definitely recommend any one of the Foxit applications.. Get rid of Adobe Reader...and Acrobat...
