Do you currently have an AOL account? I am talking about the password issue. I know the correct setting. The password issue is throwing me off having to enter it twice when it usually enter it [email protected] one time. Betts1964 Posted February 9, 2019 Author Share Posted February 9, 2019 Here is what i have tried so far : When I click on outlook app, hit get started, it lists accounts and has a google option which i click skip,then I add my aol/verizon email address and select continue. The next screen appears saying Yahoo sign in. instead of adding my yahoo name of name@yahoo.com it is showing [email protected] then hit continue it says Sorry, we dont recognize this email How do I solve this issue plz? thx Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
