One of the ways I am trying to incorporate working out into my life is by enrolling in a marital arts class. I recently started Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) in my neighborhood. It's very tough but fun. I am trying to get better and become healthier. Anyone here practice martial arts (doesn't have to be BJJ...can be karate, kick boxing, or anything) with advice? What was the most difficult for you?
