NEW123
As suggested by @Pjotr 1st, you can try any version below V12.5.9, ask if any help is required for activation.

attacker
Installed and activated vmware 12.5.9 on win 7 64 bit but when trying to create vm machine (server 2016) it says 64 bit guest is not supported by this host and Intel VT-x error (my machine does not support this feature). So i installed win 7 32 bit on vmware for doing the practical. Now going to install server 2016 via dual boot.

Because the VT-x setting is typically locked at power on, it is necessary to fully power down the system after changing any VT-x options in the firmware (BIOS/EFI). A simple reboot is not sufficient! After saving your firmware changes, I recommend (For laptop systems) you may have to remove the battery as well, although such extreme measures are rarely necessary. Does it meet your needs? I pulled my Dell T3400 from the Basement over the weekend, I was able to install this one and it worked out for a limited number of requirements well
