Knightmare
Does anyone know how to customize the side panel in Windows Update and Security section? I noticed this just recently so I'm not sure exactly when it happen (although I would say that 1809 is the culprit) but it seems like some items options were added to this menu that I don't remember being there. The one that stood out the most was Delivery Optimization, since I always remembered Windows Update and Windows Security being right by each other. There are also some options that I would like to remove, like For developers and Windows Insider Program, since I don't have any use for them. Any suggestions on how to remove these settings from the side panel?

It removes them from the settings panel, but it also prevents me from access the feature at all. I just want to hide their visibility in the panel but still be able to access them. debebee
Not even sure if there is a Win10 tweaker that selectively removes features from the side panels...
