The main reason is that it seems to tie you to them, so after the end of the giveaway it might be a problem if you don't want to pay to stay with them. See the FAQ here, the first and the last one could be a limitation after the giveaway ends: Quote Can I host a website that I created with Sitejet on an external host? The Team and Agency plans allow you to export the websites you created and to upload them on any other web server.
