Mutton Posted December 28, 2018 Share Posted December 28, 2018 Greetings Nsane Forum Folks! I saw a mention of here on MDL, so thought I should head over and investigate. A bit about me... I cut my computer teeth on a PDP 11/34 and a home-made Z80 microcomputer, used 300 baud modems to dial up BBSs (and other 'interesting' places), cursed when IBM chose Intel over Motorola's 68000 and was a regular on usenet before forums existed. Since then my work has involved networking, virtualisation, server farms, programming, embedded designs, pretty much a bit of everything really. Whatever paid the bills and kept the music playing. These days... bit of this, bit of that but I mostly just like my PC to work when I turn it on and do what I need without telling the world about it. I like to keep up to date with what the evil overlords in the tech world are up to and ways to thwart them - your News section looks to be good reading.
