It's weird! I've been using MBAM for 5 years  and have never experienced the similar problem!

Hi @jollydan, I tried to use the same MBAM lifetime key you provided to activate it on 2nd device (laptop) but activation failed. It previously activated MBAM  installed in my desktop. Can I ask for another key, this time for my mom's laptop? Thanks in advance.
