I don't see a way to get a significant reduce in size... How much can be reduced using WinRAR?
debebee
obb files are already compressed zipped... So recompressing them will not help https://computer.howstuffworks.com/file-compression.htm

stylemessiah
+1 for 7Zip 1) Its free 2) It can create gzip and tar files too - handy if you like to roll your own flashable zips for android over on XDA 7z on default settings is as good or better than WinRAR on its best settings for most non-compressed filetypes
mp68terr
If the files remain too big after compression for you to send them, it is still possible to make multi-part archives.
bibhuti
I think 7zip is better than winrar.
Outstrip
7zip cause its free and its reduction capacity is better than any other compression tools available. I use it with below configuration : Spoiler Archive Format: 7z Compression Level - Ultra Compression Method: LZMA2 Dictionary Size - Largest value allowed at your computer. brain_death
7-Zip using LZMA2 compression is your best option at present... UHARC 0.6b from the command line and the days of yore will (possibly) match it, but is a great deal sloooower. 😉
